Headlock’s team of expert designers are all about the looks.Using advanced tools we are able to create elegant patterns which depict the heart and soul of extreme sports “challenge the impossible”. We use eight-panel cut design which provide ideal fit especially in the leg waist and groin areas. Our apparels are made for the bold, designed to impress and intimidate with exquisite patterns and vibrant colors we sport the best collections of apparels in the extreme sports industry.

Gripper

Elastic gripper is used widely in active sports wear,providing a firm fit and prevents unwanted movement of fabrics which cause chafing. Known for being tough, resilient and long lasting elastic grippers have many applications due to their distinct characteristics.

Seamless
Edge

Our seamless edge design eliminates the stitches, seams and sewing from the edges providing comfort essential for activewear. Advanced knitting technology provides us the ability to use complex circular looms making fabrics adapt perfectly to the riders body.

Sublimated Labels

We eliminate those annoying bumps and edges which often collect moisture and cause irritation. Sublimation prevents additional materials from being added to fabrics keeping them light and conformable for active wear. Information is directly printed on the fabrics.

Aerodynamic

Taming the mountain slopes or rugged train, our aerodynamic design is proven for providing the best experience when travelling at high speeds giving more stability and control to our riders.

Perfect Fit

Our products come with the perfect fit cut designed for providing comfort and reliability boosting the confidence of the rider, allowing the rider to feel at ease and focus on performance.

Sun Protection

Using specific weave enhanced materials and protective coatings our fabrics provide essential protection from UV to keep the rider feeling great in the most extreme conditions.

Water Resistant

Water repellent coatings make our fabrics extra tough and provide the endurance that is expected to make you immune to rain. Giving the rider an edge in unfavorable conditions.

Quick Dry

Our fabrics are made to expel moisture and dry rapidly which contributes to cooling the body effectively, providing a more comfortable wear, and extending the life of the fabric to keep your apparel as nice as you should expect.

Stretch
Fabrics

Farbics Made with the rider in mind. our stretch fabricsprovide high elasticity which is essential for comfort and also for the action expression. Using four-way stretch technology our fabrics can handle any stretch with perfect shape retention.

Breathable Material

Not only do our products provide protection from the outside elements but they are also highly breathable. This allows circulation of air both in and out of the material, allowing controlled body heat with a cooler feeling to the rider to feel lighter in the field.

Polyester Fabrics

Advanced knitting technology helps to produce high quality materials, we use high grade polyester fibers having high strength and durability, proven to have good moisture absorption, providing comfort even under harsh temperatures. Our fabrics are designed to keep the rider cool and dry by expelling generated heat and moisture, wrinkling fabrics help transport moisture out, keeping the insides dry and comfortable.

Spandex Fabrics

Well known for its ability to provide a snug fit and elasticity. These fabrics are used to provide unrestrained range ofmotion, they are highly breathable, good in wrinkling moisture and prevent chafing. Spandex has significant strength and elasticity and its ability to return to the original shape after stretching allows the rider to feel comfortable while hitting the trails for longer

Advanced micro polyester

Ranging between 50 to 100 times finer than human hair, advanced micro polyester provides us with the ability to produce fabrics with desired attributes like softness, water repellency and strength. Highly resistant to shrinking, abrasions and stains, fabrics made from micro polyester last for a longer time.
They also provide an extremely soft touch for comfort.

Mesh Stretch Fabrics

These fabrics are highly elastic, extremely light. Their unique design provides high breathability and toughness. They are loosely woven grid or honeycomb style fabric which are widely used in the extreme sports industry. Mesh netting fabric provide good circulation of air and are very effective in wicking moisture. Multiple layers are used to provide comfort and protection.

Lycra

ycra has high elastic limit and can be stretched up to 7 times its initial length some of its characteristics include good resistance to sunlight, mild due and elasticity.
They are used to produce premium quality materials with unique weave patterns.

Minus Ion Fiber

Also called negative ion fiber is known for its distinct properties such as excellent heat insulation which is essential in cold environments,highly efficient in moving water away from the body. Theviron fiber is the most commonly used negative ion fiber.

Antibacterial Fiber

They play a major role in providing protection against harmful microorganisms which are known to cause infections and odors, fibers are coated with anti bacterial agents like silver to prevent buildup of bacterial colonies .
